Shipping policy

  • Free USPS Standard Shipping

    • Estimated 5–8 business days in transit after your order has been mailed. Delivery times may vary, particularly for Alaska and Hawaii.
    • Processing time is separate from transit time.
    • Orders are mailed individually for each child.

    • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an envelope is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional postage may be required before it can be resent. We will contact the customer to confirm the corrected address and any applicable reshipping charges before mailing it again. Reshipment is not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

    • Recipient Name on the Envelope
      The envelope will be addressed to the child using the name information provided during personalization. This may include the child’s first name, middle name, and/or last name, depending on what you choose to provide. The mailing address used will be the shipping address entered at checkout. The parent or purchaser’s name will not appear as the recipient on the envelope.
    • Please review the child’s name and shipping address carefully before submitting your order, as this information will be used to prepare the mailing label.

    • Christmas Delivery Information: For the best chance of receiving your Santa's Magical Mail before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by December 4, 2026.

      Orders will continue to be accepted after December 4. However, delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed for any order, including orders placed by the recommended date.

      Please allow time for order processing and USPS delivery. Processing time is separate from the estimated 5–8 business days in transit. Postal delays, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery dates.
